Hoo.
Haven't been here in quite a while. Hello hello hello. Let's see, updates. Okay fine, I only have 2 days to tell you about, it isn't that long really I guess.
THURSDAY. Ali Jan Grace Ash Amanda and I went to GREAT WORLD to watch 'WALL.E". If you haven't watched it, you should either start banging your head on the table or not waste time from recovering from seeing stars and go watch! Wall.E is the BEST PIXAR ANIMATION I'VE EVER WATCHED. Seriously. I love all the characters! :D Okay, most people's favourite character is obviously Wall.e and he is ONE out of TWO of my favourite characters. But I have to say, my favourite, is still and definitely M-O. M-O stands for "Microbe Obliterator" He is extremely cute! I love the sound he makes :D He reminds me of a mini Monica Gellar :D But obviously he is way more obsessive but only to the cleaness side and wayway cuter. I love it when he says "M-O" and when he makes that irritated sound when he sees dirt. And the funniest was when he saw Wall.e for the first time. It was like " WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH! (Irritated sound)" And that he attempted to clean. Gosh M-O is just really cute. haha.
Anyway, we waited, for like half an hour for Ali and Grace and Jan's dad waited for like an hour in total I think. Lol. Jan had to sit on my lap, and Ashley on Amanda's because of the little space. Ashley was originally supposed to sit on Grace, but Grace refused to let her, so you know. Ashley and Amanda were making so much noise, tsk!
So when we reached, Ali and I rushed up first. WE DIDN'T RUN OKAY. (GRACE) We brisk-walked up. Well actually I don't think we were that fast, the rest were just slow. We got our tickets, the safra card didn't work D: and then we went to eat. Ali and I went to subway, the rest went to Ben and Jerry's. Grace followed us at first, but then she went to McDonald's and later joined the others.
Ali and I made it just in time. And when we reached the rest weren't there. -.- We waited a while and gave up waiting to go to the toilet. Of course when we came back they were already there ordering. Ali and I shared a combo. And then it was WALL.E time.
It was a really good show. Other than being purely entertaining, I thought it carried a pretty good message and it was somewhat romantic too on the WALL.E and EVE part. WALL.E is just really adorable and EVE is domineering. But overall, extremely cute couple. The space walk part was cool. Wall.E is extremely likeable, everyone who met him instantly fell in love with him :D So called I guess. Well except the bad guys I guess.
I won't give out too much, just in case you haven't watched, but anyway, MAKE SURE YOU DO. Banging your head on the table isn't exactly a good idea. You'll screw your forehead, so I suggest option 2. GO WATCH!
FRIDAY. My tablemates and I finally got to go out together. But before that ofcourse there was the teachers' day celebration. So I'll talk about that first. Well the first hour was the party of course. Before that I had lots of fun arranging all the party stuff :D I received a lot of "OMG"s here and there. It was extremely satisfying :D Well I was bored, and when I'm bored, plus tired, plus excited, I go pretty retarded. Well because I was tired and it was early and I was lazy to take off my retainers, I ended up not eating in the end. Munning and I served drinks throughout the entire party. It was pretty fun actually. Well actually I was gonna try one of the cheese sausages but they were gone when I could take a second look. Lol. Now I won't know how my frying-of-cheese-sausages fair. Hmm.
After that Ashley Amanda and I went around giving presents. When we got back everyone was gone D: So I didn't get to give my present to hubei. Oh well, maybe I'll keep for another time, or give it to someone else. Or use it myself.
Then it was the celebration. It was quite okay. But I think last year's was better. But as usual the PSG did an excellent job. They did this fashion show of costumes/clothes made out of recycled materials! I saw everyone's mum! I saw Auntie Mina (Amanda's mum), Jessica's Mum, Elena's mum and Jiayi's mum. The two tennis mums did wedding dresses :D Elena's mum was extremely cute, she had the whole stage to herself when it was her turn :D
After that I quickly gave out the rest of my presents with Amanda. We ran like in a perfectly choreographed route by yours truly :D and then Grace Munning and I changed and got ready for my dad to fetch us. Munning disappeared to who knows where, so Grace and I changed first. She complained that it was too hot to wear jeans so she wore shorts and she was the one who wore a jacket immediately lol. Though I get what she meant by its a 'thing'. Actually all three of us wear jackets all the time, just that after all the running, Munning and I were too hot to wear jackets :D and also I am in desperate need for new jackets! I completely need to replace my 10-collection. I have more now, but since I can't wear so many already, its no longer ten. D: Oh wells.
Munning wore this dark blue nike dry-fit lol. Typical Munning. She was dressed all blue and I was dressed all gray, even our bags were included in our scheme. I guess you could say Grace was pretty bright, cause the only thing dark was her shorts which were black. Lol. Plus compared to Munning and I yeah. Well apparently I didn't look like them, as in look like a guy but it isnt my fault right? I don't usually dress like a guy? -.-
So as usual the first thing we did was to get tickets. Well I have this thing about brisk walking, esp in Great World when we're getting tickets. Because everytime I'm there, it seems to be like that. But Grace and Munning refused to walk any faster than a turtle's pace so I had to slow down. Grace kept going: "You don't need to rush" and stuff, but really I wasn't walking that fast! D: We managed to get the tickets I was going to book. So yay :D
Then we went to eat at Yoshinoya, because I had subway the day before and Grace had Macs, and Macs was unhealthy while subway was ex. And the food court was not in option because I no longer like it anymore, now that there ain't no meat ball noodles (hmph!) and also cause it was really far. It's really tiring to walk with Grace and Munning though extremely fun. For one they walk extremely slow D: for another, they always gang up on me (hmph!) but other than that they're the really eccentric and odd and weird and retarded and lame people I love. Oh and another thing, they keep stopping here and there and they have no purpose in walking. We spend a lot of time deciding where to go and stuff cause we're all like "anything" :D But I do narrow down options for them, so its easier :D
We all ate the same thing at Yoshinoya lol. And I had lots of money left cause I was prepared for sth like subway again. Lol, and Yoshinoya was like 5 bucks -.- We just walked after that. We went to that CD shop, and some clothes shops. Then we searched for baby clothes for Grace's piano teacher's son. Lastly we went to this lego shop and stared at lego for a really long time. We took forever to decide on what to buy :D In the end we got black clones/drones or whatever you call them (Don't kill me Grace, it was forever since I last watched) Then we went to watch.
I thought it was quite okay actually. But Grace and Munning were disappointed. I won't know why because I'm not as much a fan as they are. I like it okay I guess. But not fanatic. We walked some more. Went to cold storage and then I left.
They're getting the ring on Monday, I don't need to cause my brother has two. I bet he doesn't know where he put them. He misplaces everything. But if I can I'll try and find it so we'll have 3 drones/clones and 3 rings yay. Though actually there's only one 'THE RING' you know. Actually I have enough money to go get one for myself but my mum will most probably skin me alive D: Unless I don't tell her. Ah well. But oh well, once again, not exactly fanatic. At least I sat through the entire star wars. I fell asleep in the front part of the first LOTR and it was really really literally at the start. And I only caught a glimsp of the other 2. Though actually I think I did watch it, cause I can remember quite a few parts. Maybe I just don't remember. It was too long ago. If I have to I'll just find time after eoys to watch everything. Star wars and LOTR since my bro has the entire collection. Plus I'll have to watch Titanic. I know I know, "HOW COULD I HAVE NOT WATCHED IT!" I get that alot. But wel I did catch the ending, literally the ending. From the part where her boyfriend sinks and she's on this floating door. Did you know Leonardo Decaprio is the guy? I bet everyone but me knows. Well that's why I have to watch, Grace seems to forget frequently that I haven't watched it. So everytime its brought up she gives me this look of complete shock and disbelief like I was mad or sth.
So that's all. Now I need to sleep I guess. I have church tomorrow, and its a combined worship at some theatre. And this time combined means the entire church, I bet I'm going to fall asleep D: My toddler duty is coming up and I'm surprisingly not really looking forward to it. I have so much school stuff to deal with already. Oh well, slacking's off, from tomorrow it'll just be work work work. Looks like when you're in Nanyang/ any other secondary school, there's no such thing as Holiday. I doubt there will ever be a holiday for me until I retire. It's just going to get worse and worse until I am free of all this work. Oh well, on the bright side I have my eccentric tablemates, teammates and friends whom I all love to brighten up my ever so irritating/boring/sian-ish days :D
