TODAY WAS KILLER TIRING
mostly gym
so shant elaborate so much today
IM TIRED. but feeling way better
im just sleepy tired now
we cleaned the gym
moved ALOTALOTALOT of mattresses
and well cleaned the gym.
which is like filthy.
but apparently we finished really early, like 4+
we usually like spend the WHOLE entire training cleaning it
than after that had some briefing
TURNS OUT. frm now on only training's on tuesday
cause the dunnoewho say exam time so cannot spend so much time training
which MEANS. KILLERKILLER TRAININGS COMING UP.

and DANGEROUS TRAMPING,. i think i might half dread tuesdays
but the other pple seem happy bout the one day training thing?
anw. i'll just tell you what pt we had today.

50x3 sit-ups
30x3 push-ups
30x3 v-sits
4 rounds each leg dan tui tiao
8 rounds of frogjumps
100 daibi
100x3 jumping thingo
fuji kong 30secs,beiji kong 30secs,1min gao tui tiao,3 sets. non-stop(KONG THINGOs)
by then all of us couldnt like lift our legs already
luckily wulaoshi didnt make us re-do
she was threatening to do so
and like all of our legs were VIBRATING
and i mean VIBRATING
the moment my leg left the ground
actually the moment any part of my body left the ground
MY ENTIRE BODY STARTED VIBRATING
super pain. than like i didnt even finish my frogjumps
and like when we were doing frogjumps
everytime we straighten or bend our knees
the whole leg like gave way, wobbled.
we couldnt stand/walk properly
and climbing up the stairs are reallyreally xingku
THE WORST IS WALKING DOWN
its damn freaky, you keep like
going to just tumble down and stuff
like your legs gonna give way and stuff
its supersuper scary.
well. i doubt that'll get muscle aches and cramps.
but there's a HUGE possibility im gonna get midnight cramps
WHICH ARE THE WORST.
but oh wells. see tmr.
according to EVERYONE. i shldnt see side effects until tmr
so MAYBE i'll get aches somewhere or sth.
